Charleen Sandra Frost

Charleen Sandra Frost, 62, of Belton passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at her residence. Charleen was born to Genevieve and Warren Garrison on January 27, 1958 in Angola, New York. Charleen was a stay at home mom who cared for all. She would never turn her back on anyone, never judged anyone, and loved everyone. Charleen enjoyed her peace and quiet and could often be found watching Ellen. A visitation for Charleen will be held on Friday, May 8, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. A funeral service will be held following the visitation from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Cremation will take place following services. Charleen is survived by her sons, Richard Frost Jr. and Joseph Frost, both of Belton; her daughters, Julie Frost of La Plata, MD and Jennifer Brown of Killeen; her sister, Norma Garrison of Derby, NY; her fifteen grandchildren; and her one great grandchild. Charleen is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Frost Sr.; and her sisters, Carol Walters and Charlotte Anne Parker.
