Elena Leos Guerrero

Elena Guerrero, 86, of Belton passed away on Friday June 5, 2015 at her residence. Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday June 10, 2015 at Christ The King Catholic Church of Belton. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday June 9, 2015 at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. Elena Guerrero was born on July 16, 1928 in New Braunfels, Texas to Ignacio and Aurelia Leos. She married Cresencio Guerrero on July 15, 1946 and he preceded her in death on May 28, 2004. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. Survivors are four sons, Victor M. and Joe Guerrero both of Austin, Cresencio Guerrero Jr. of Temple and Martin Guerrero of Belton; five daughters, Maria I. Guerrero , Norma E. Matthews and Gloria A. Bermudez all of Belton , Juanita Espinoza of Ft. Worth and Irma Crawford of Temple; one sister, Elida Castillo of Sequin; 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son, Saul Guerrero on October 19, 2001. Crotty Funeral Home of Belton is in charge of arrangements.
