Marvin Edward Carnahan,68, of Temple passed away peacefully at a local nursing facility. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Crotty Funeral Home with Pastor Clayton McCord officiating. A visitation will take place one hour prior from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. A burial will follow at Central Texas State Veteran Cemetery in Killeen. Marvin was born on January 29, 1950 James and Marion Carnahan in Franklin, IN. He enjoyed music, playing his guitar, and singing country music. You would often find him enjoying coffee on his front porch. Marvin loved his grandbabies and spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Carnahan of Temple; Eddie Carnahan, Ernest Upchurch, Edward Upchurch, Jeremy Carnahan, and Andrew Carnahan; his daughters, Sammie Upchurch, Theresa Cortez, Tabetha Flowers, Cameron Upchurch, and Chrissandra Upchurch; his brothers, Neal Flowers, Tommy Carnahan, and Robin Carnahan; his sisters, Dorothy Clawson and Verna Carnahan; twenty three grandchilden and six great grandchildren.
