Patricia Joan Robison

Patricia Joan Robison, age 61, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends, Thursday, May 02, 2019 due to having a devastating stroke. She was born September 04, 1957 to Billy and Rosiebell Robison, in Independence, Kansas. Pat graduated from Independence High School, class of 1975. She studied Sociology at Tarleton State University. She also recieved her Certification in Accounting. Patricia worked at Motivation Education and Training. It suited her servant heart. Her life was a living example of one of her favorite Bible verses, Ephesians 4:32 - ""And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ." She is preceded in death by her father, Billy Robison; step father, A.B. Combs II; mother, Rosiebell Combs; brother, A.B. Combs III; and her sister Vicki Robison-Anderson. Patricia is survived by her sister, Michelle Teague and sister in law, Rhonda Holiskey of Killeen; her son, Delvin Robison of Dublin; her daughters, Ariane Smith and son in law Jarome Smith of Stephenville, and Tishauna Robison of Grand Prairie; 5 grandchildren, and her many nephews and nieces. All of these she loved and touched deeply. She was a devoted member of New Bethel CME Church and dearly loved the congregation. Her faith never wavered and she was an inspiration to many. She will be forever in our hearts. Please join us celebrating her life Saturday morning, May 11, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at New Bethel CME Church, 861 Miller Street, Stephenville, Tx. A Heaven Bound balloon release and fellowship luncheon will be held immediately following the services. A River Scattering will be held at dawn, 6:00 A.M. on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Stephenville City Park. To honor Pat, we are encouraging everyone to wear pink.
