Randall Duane Coggin

Randall Duane Coggin,37, of Belton passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at his residence. Randall was born on July 31, 1979 to William and Donna Coggin in Temple. He worked as a truck driver most of his life. Randall recently was employed at BAT Recovery. He was active in the Stillhouse Volunteer Fire Department for many years. Randall enjoyed fishing, woodworking, riding motorcycles,and the guitar. He loved his family and friends. His daughter, MaKayla had him wrapped around her finger and she was his world. He was a big guy with an even bigger heart and will be dearly missed by all that knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, William Jackson Coggin on April 18, 2012. Randall is survived by his mother, Donna Coggin of Belton; his daughter, MaKayla Coggin of Belton; his fiance, Shirley Wilson; his brothers, Michael Thombleson of Lamar, CO and Terry Coggin of California; his sister, Samantha Martinez of Belton, and many nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Friday , June 23, 2017 at Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton. Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on June 24, 2017 at Crotty Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Hammerschmit officiating. His body will be cremated following services. In lieu of flowers memorials my be made to contribute to a fund for his daughter MaKayla Coggin. Arrangements are entrusted to Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton.
