Roque Enrique Acosta

Roque Enrique Acosta, 40, of Temple passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019 in a local hospital. Roque was born to Suzanne and Hector Acosta on March 22, 1979 in Temple. Roque spent his days working to change the world. He was a member of the Bell County Democrats, loved the Green Bay Packers, and enjoyed writing, travel, and all things Texas. Roque was a precinct chair who had a great sense of humor and loved spending time with his family and friends. Funeral service for Roque will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton with Pastor H.K. Ballard officiating. Cremation will take place following services. Roque is survived by his wife, Laura Acosta of Temple; his companion, Jennifer Cook; his parents, Hector Acosta of New Jersey and Suzanne Strege of Temple; and his sister, Alicia Acosta of New Jersey.
