He is survived by his beloved spouse, Laurie Aldridge of Belton, Texas; his sons, Ken Aldridge (59) of San Antonio, Texas, Michael Aldridge (46) of Columbus, Georgia, and Patrick Aldridge (43) of Belton Texas; his daughter, LaShon Aldridge (55) of San Antonio, Texas; and five cherished grandchildren. His family fondly remembers the warmth of his smile, his infectious laughter, sincere spirit, and the fun-loving nature that brought so much light into their lives.
His hobbies and interests mirrored this joyful approach to life. Al found contentment in woodworking, cheering on his favorite teams during football games and other sports, and relaxing with loved ones. The legacy he leaves is one filled with cherished memories and the enduring impact of his kindness, sincerity, and unwavering support for those he held dear.
Al was preceded in death by his father, A.D. Aldridge Sr., and his mother, Ruby Aldridge. The love he had for his family, his devotion to the ideals of service and country, and the exemplary life he led continue to inspire all who were fortunate to know him.
