Anthony "Tony" Eugene Scallions

Anthony “Tony” Eugene Scallions, 61, of Troy passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 at a local hospital, surrounded by loved ones. Tony was born to Elizabeth and Joy Scallions on April 3, 1959 in Fort Hood, Texas. He worked as a painter and truck driver. He was a fierce man who enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend; and will be dearly missed.

Tony was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Walker; his father, Joy Scallions and his stepmother, Reese.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Scallions; his son, Jacob Scallions and wife Sam; his daughters, Kati Scallions Moffett, and Carrie Shaw and husband John; his brothers, Kenny Scallions, and Jerome Scallions and wife Sandy; his sisters, Becky Mitchell and husband Randy “Doc”, and Brenda Norman and husband Steve; 11 adored grandchildren, Bryson, Jaheim, Mekenzie, Jaden, Penelope, Cayla, Taylor, Jordyn, Wesley, Greg and Tyler; one great-grandchild, Jaxson, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Tony will be held on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Belton.
