Together, they built a nurturing and loving home for their sons, Mattew Jacob Quitugua and Adam L. Duncan, Jr., guiding them with the values of kindness and integrity that Cara upheld steadfastly.
She was the cherished daughter of George and Julie Quitugua, who remember her as a bright and caring presence in their lives, always willing to share a smile or lend a helping hand. Cara’s brother, Crandon J. Quitugua, supporting one another through life’s blessings and challenges.
Cara’s reach extended beyond her immediate family. She has numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, embodying the role of a nurturing figure to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
