Carl "Cowboy" Michael Snellings Sr

Carl Michael Snellings Sr aka "Cowboy passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loved ones on Sunday July 19, 2026.

Carl "aka Cowboy' Snellings was born on May 19, 1957 in Fredericksburg, Virginia to Charles Snellings and Alma Faye Thomas. Cowboy moved to Texas in 1992. He resided in Temple, Texas for many years and moved to Virginia and the back to Texas in 2018. 

He was proceeded in death by his father Charles and wonderful mother Faye, 

Cowboy was survived by his Sister Debbie, Nephew and great-nephew. He left behind the love of his life and partner Amy Peipert , 2 son's Carl Bubbie Snellings Jr, Bambam and wife Jaquilene Snellings, Daughter Amber Peipert, 8 grandchildren, Sister Brenda Morgan and husband, Sisters Brenda Morgan, amanda Biddy and husband James Biddy, Nephew Thomas Patterson and many more nephews and nieces. he was loved by everyone who met him. He was rough around the edges , but had a heart the size of TEXAS. He will be dearly missed by all his loved ones, and all his friends. 

The family will hold a private memorial at a later date. Cowboy fought the hard fight with cancer but now he is in his heavenly home with Jesus and especially his momma Whom he missed dearly, May you Fly High with the angels Cowboy, you will forever be in our hearts.
