David Zachariah Victor Pryor, age 44, passed away on March 31, 2026. Born on April 22, 1981, David was a strong-willed soul who lived life on his own terms, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

David was a loving father, devoted grandfather, and cherished brother who brought joy and laughter to everyone around him. He is survived by his children: Felecite Pryor, 23; Alexia Pryor, 20; Elizabeth Pryor, 19, with their mother, Amber Pryor; and Daimeon Pryor, 16, with his mother, Angie VanKirk. His grandson Levi held a special place in his heart, and David took great pride in being a loving presence in their lives.

He is also survived by his brothers, Bradley Pryor and James Pryor, his aunt Tonya Musgraves, and his cousin Amber Davila. David was preceded in death by his mother, Jamie Goucher.

David was the life of any gathering. He was handsome, funny, and full of energy. He loved tackling projects, working outdoors, riding motorcycles, and sharing his sense of humor with everyone he met. As self-proclaimed “Chef BoyarDavid,” he enjoyed cooking and taking pleasure in life’s simple joys, including relaxing with a cold Budweiser among friends and family.

Though his passing leaves a profound void, David’s strong-willed spirit, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of his children, grandson, family, and friends. He will be deeply missed, remembered, and celebrated by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
