Denese
Geiselbrecht
November 7, 1955 – May 15, 2026
Denese Geiselbrecht, a cherished mother, Nana, sister, and friend, passed away on May 15, 2026. Born on November 7, 1955, Denese’s life was marked by a warmth and joy that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
A graduate of Temple High School, Denese pursued a career that reflected her dedication and hardworking spirit. She worked at the Medical Arts Clinic in Temple, Texas, and later at C&H DieCasting in Troy, Texas. Throughout her career, Denese was known not just for her professionalism but for the lightness of heart she carried—she loved nothing more than to make others laugh, filling every room with a contagious spirit of happiness.
Denese passions extended beyond her work. She lived for the joy of shopping and, most importantly, for spending precious moments with her grandchildren. Her presence was a constant at children’s events, where she made it a point to cheer them on, celebrate their achievements, and be an active part of their lives. Her grandchildren—Rylee Geiselbrecht, Hailey Pickett, Rodee Geiselbrecht, Henley Sommer, and Hadley Sommer—were the center of her world, and her unwavering support and love created memories they will forever treasure.
Family was the cornerstone of Denese's life. She is lovingly survived by her daughters, Stephanie Geiselbrecht of Troy, Texas, and Leslie Geiselbrecht-Sommer of Temple, Texas, who carry forward her legacy of love and resilience. Denese’s brother, Keith Lowe and Wife Julie Lowe of Athens, Texas, also survives her, along with the many cherished grandchildren who brought her immense joy.
While Denese’s spirit remains alive in the hearts of those she leaves behind, she was preceded in death by her parents, James and Virginia Lowe, and her grandmother, Eunice Hutchison. Their memories live on through the stories and love Denese shared throughout her life.
Denese Geiselbrecht’s life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, laughter, and a profound commitment to family. Her laughter will echo in the hearts of all who knew her, a testament to a woman who made the world brighter simply by being herself. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit endures in every smile she inspired and every life she touched.
