Donna was born on March 19, 1937 to Frank and Margaret Fiebiger in New Ulm, MN. The family moved to Ft. Dodge, Iowa where she met and married Marion (Pete) Glass.

Donna became an army wife, traveling to various bases around the US and Germany. The family was finally transferred to Ft. Hood, Texas where they made their home. Donna worked for both the City of Killeen and the City of Harker Heights. During her time at Harker Heights, she went back to school and earned a degree in accounting.

Donna was a long time member of Grace Lutheran Church. She wore many hats there, including church treasurer, Sunday school teacher, librarian, choir member and various offices in LWML. Serving the Lord brought her great joy!

After the passing of her husband, she never slowed down. Her home became the center of her family and social life, she hosted many parties and holiday celebrations. When Donna retired, she began to travel, loving every trip and making many memories.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Marion (Pete) Glass, her brothers Phillip Fiebiger and Frank Fiebiger (Karen); her sisters Phillis Pratt (Jerry) and Rosie Peters (Victor); her sister-in-law Mary Porter (Jim); and her son-in-law Austin Van Winkle.

Donna is survived by her brother Delbert Fiebiger (Margaret); brother-in-law Jim Porter; daughters Starlane Riddle, Vanessa Van Winkle, Gwendolyn Anderson, five grandchildren, seven great-grand children, and one great great-grandchild.

Donna's love of laughter, family, friends, and joy in the Lord has touched many lives. She will be deeply missed in life, but we cling to the certainty of a reunion with her and Christ in Heaven.
