Jean Carter Forbes, 78, passed away on December 2. 2025.
A memorial service will be held on January 30th at 1:00pm at the Crotty funeral home.
A long-time Central Texas resident, retired from Carpenter Co. She is survived by her husband John Forbes of Temple, her children, Yancy Torres and wife Sharon Torres and Jaysen Torres, wife Paula Torres. Brother William Carter. Stepchildren Aimee Green, Eric DePew, Patricia DePew, Tad DePew, John Michael Forbes, Cathleen Deleon, and Kristin Forbes. And numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her son Jeffery Carter Torres, parents Jeff and Minerva Carter.
