Jody's life revolved around her role as a devoted wife and mother. On February 22, 1993, she married the love of her life, Jim Carter, in a beautiful ceremony at Lake Tahoe. Together they built a loving home where Jody poured all of her love and care into each member of her family. After graduating from high school in California in 1990, Jody took on the important role of a teacher's aide. She found immense fulfillment in supporting children with disabilities and became an integral part of their educational journeys. While taking care of her family was Jody's primary focus, she also had a passion for quilting.
