Jose ""Papa"" Edgardo Sierra

Jose "Papa" Edgardo Sierra,64, of Killeen passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 surrounded by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Papa was born on May 10, 1954 to Santo and Gloria Sierra in Cayey, Puerto Rico. He served in the U.S. Army for over twenty years. Jose married the love of his life, Maria on March 6, 1971. He was a man who loved everyone and everything. Jose enjoyed music and especially time with his family. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Maria ""Mama"" Sierra, his parents, and one brother, Tulio Sierra Papa is survived by his daughters, Gloria Maria Sierra Godsey and Lynnette Sierra Giles; his brothers, Alvia Sierra and Miguel Sierra; two sisters, Brunilda Jimenez and Sheile Sierra Cotto; five grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way.
