Larry Lee Williams, 76, of Belton, Texas, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023, at a local hospital.
Services will be 11 AM Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Oak Park United Methodist Church in Temple, Texas.
Larry Lee Williams was born on September 18, 1946, to Albert and Eloise Williams in Zanesville, OH. He graduated from John Glenn High School in Ohio. Larry met the love of his life, Linda Finney at the county fair and they married on December 3, 1966. Together they had four daughters that had him wrapped around their fingers. He was an electrician for over fifty-five years and was a member of the IBEW Local 1105 Electrician Union. After his retirement, he and his wife, Linda did some much-needed traveling before they decided to relocate to Belton, Texas, where they have spent the last fourteen years. He enjoyed wood working of all kinds, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family. Larry was a man of God and enjoyed attending church at Oak Park United Methodist Church in Temple. His family will miss his ability to always make them laugh.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Eloise Williams and his brother, Carl Williams.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-six years, Linda Williams of Belton; his four daughters, Lori Jordan and her husband, Stephen of Tacoma, WA, Lisa Taylor and her husband, Marlowe of Cleveland, Ohio, Laurinda Williams of Dublin, Ohio, and Leslie Christopher and her husband, John of Belton, Texas; thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Family Promise in Temple,
