Maynard Duff Coker Jr. ,57, of Killeen passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at his residence.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with chaplain Maggie Imhoff officiating.
Maynard was born on January 7, 1964 to Maynard and Peggy Coker in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
He served in the Army and met the love of his life Marion Howe while stationed at Ft. Hood Army Base. Maynard worked as an electrician most of his life and enjoyed classic cars.
He is preceded in death by his wife of over thirty years, Marion Howe Coker on March 22, 2016, his parents, Maynard and Peggy Coker, and his granddaughter, Jennyfer Layfield on April 3, 2017.
Maynard is survived by his two sons, Jason Coker and Jessie Farias, both of Kentucky; his two daughters, Melissa Coker and Dawn Farias, both of Killeen; his brother, James Coker of Kentucky; his sister, Gina Coker of Kentucky and six grandchildren.
Arrangements are entrusted to Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton.
