Miguel Alejandro Pineda, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on June 11, 2025, in Temple, Texas, at the age of 74. He was surrounded by family and love. Born on October 3, 1950, in Mexico City, Miguel's life was the example of resilience and dedication to strive for success and be a committed husband and father. At the age of 15, Miguel contracted polio. He refocused his life plan as a solider, to a career in computer programming and then as a diplomat for the Mexican Diplomatic Foreign Service. He was assigned to embassies in Germany, France and various consulates in the United States. Miguel retired from the Diplomatic Service after 20 years at the rank of Vice Consul. Family was Miguel's pride and joy. He is survived by his adoring wife of over 50 years, Jean, and his daughters, Anna Pineda and her fiancé, Daniel Cruz Laureano; and Laura Pineda Sibley and her husband, Chris, of Fort Worth, Texas. Miguel’s legacy lives on through his grandsons, Miguel and Diego Olvera of Belton, and extended family members and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts. We remember Miguel Alejandro Pineda a resilient individual, but also as a man that was warm and caring. His spirit will be dearly missed, but his impact will continue to resonate through the lives of those he touched. May he rest in peace, knowing he leaves behind a loving family and a legacy of love and perseverance.
