Richard Wayne Culp, 72, of Temple passed away Friday, May 9, 2014 at a Temple Hosptial. A graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 16, 2014 at Midway Cemetery in Belton with Tim Weddle officiating. Richard Wayne Culp was born September 15, 1941 to Mayo and Hazel Culp in New Braunfels. He married Patsy Franklin in 1978 in Belton. He was a truck driver most of his life. He also was a Mechanic for O'Dell Gear, sold fruits, vegetables, and cedar posts before retiring. He is survived by his loving wife, Patsy Culp of Temple; three sons, Richard Wayne Culp Jr. of Waco, John Raney Culp of Illinois, and Ronald Lee Culp of Troy ;one daughter,Teresa Kaminski of Pendleton;two brothers,John Henry Culp of Del Rio and Mayo Culp Jr. of Columbus; four sisters, Mayola Johnson of San Antonio, Ann Kelly of San Antonio, Vina Sue James of Brownwood, and Ruby Lee Culp of Houston;eleven grandchildren and eight great grand children.
