Richard Ernest Rossow

Richard Ernest Rossow,56, of Temple passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at a local hospital.

A viewing will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton.  His funeral will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton followed by his burial at Holland Cemetery in Holland.

Richard Ernest Rossow was born on June 10, 1966, to Adolph and Joyce Rossow in Temple. He worked as a truck driver most of his life and loved being on the road. Richard enjoyed fishing, drinking Mountain Dew, and joking with his family and friends. He was a proud father and an even prouder “Pawpaw”.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Adolph and Joyce Rossow and his brother, Paul Rossow.

He is survived by his sons, Timothy Nyquist Jr. and wife, Shalan, Lance Rossow and wife, Kylie Brannan; his daughters, Caressa Nyquist, and Patricia Rossow and husband, Brandon Vrana, all of Temple; his sister, Carolyn Simek of Houston, and two grandchildren.
