Rinaldo "Ray"Castillo Jr.

Rinaldo "Ray" Castillo Jr., a beloved husband, son, father, brother, and friend, passed away on May 2, 2025, in Killeen, Texas, at the age of 38. Born on February 28, 1987, in The Bronx, New York, he brought joy and laughter to all who had the privilege to know him.

Ray was the proud owner of Ray's Attention to Detail, an auto detailing company that he established in Killeen, where he took great pride in his work and built a reputation for excellence. With an outgoing personality, he endeared himself to everyone around him, often sharing jokes and laughter that could brighten even the darkest days. Ray was known for his selflessness, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need, embodying the spirit of generosity in his daily life.

He had a passion for many hobbies and interests, including riding bikes, gaming, grilling, and following his favorite sports teams, the New York Giants and the New York Yankees. Boating in his younger years and indulging his sweet tooth were also among the joys that filled his life.

Ray is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca of Killeen; his children, Elijah Tyree Castillo and Elijah Rey Castillo both of Temple, Nikole Castillo of Killeen, and Lyndon Castillo of Killeen. He deeply loved his family and embraced each moment spent with them.

He is also survived by his parents, Juan and Audrey Perez of Killeen, brother Hector and wife Jolee Villanueva of Killeen and brother Ray Baez of The Bronx, New York; along with his sister Jasmine and brother-in-law Patrick McCormick of Plano, Texas, and sister Mikaylah Perez of Killeen.

Additionally, he leaves behind two nephews Ian McCormick of Plano and Prince Villanueva of Killeen, and one niece Sophia Villanueva of Killeen. Ray will be fondly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, each of whom held a special place in his heart.

A visitation to honor Ray's life will be held on Wednesday May 14, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services located at 5431 U.S. Hwy 190, Belton, TX 76513. A funeral service will follow on Thursday May 15, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Ray Castillo Jr. will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those he loved dearly.
