Roy Lynn Rhymes

Roy Lynn Rhymes, 48, of Belton passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Roy was born to Margie and Jasper Rhymes on September 5, 1971 in Austin, Texas. He worked as a truck driver. Roy was a very caring man and enjoyed being with his family. A graveside service for Roy will be held on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Davilla Cemetery with Pastor H.K. Ballard officiating. A meal will follow at the Davilla Community Center. Roy is survived by his son, Roy Rhymes Jr. of Waco; his daughters, Mandy Rhymes of Gatesville, Rebecca Rhymes of Austin, and Autumn Rhymes of Fort Worth; his twin brother, Troy Rhymes of Gatesville; his sister, Brenda Boyd of Austin; and one grandchild. Roy is preceded in death by his parents, Margie Anderson and Jasper Rhymes. Arrangements are entrusted to Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton.
