Spencer Dura Masslieno-Allen was born on May 15, 1978 in Panama City, Florida and was called home to be with the Lord on December 15, 2019. As a child Spencer moved around frequently as a military brat finally settling in Killeen, Texas where he graduated from Ellison High School in 1996. He joined the U.S.A.F. in March 2000 and served 3 years. One of his proudest achievements was his tour with the Air Force Entertainment Group, Tops in Blue where he traveled the world singing and dancing. Spencer lived his life to the fullest. He was determined to enjoy his time on earth. He spent the last 11 years with his dog Tyson whom he loved like a child. Spencer started his own business, Sure Fire Tax Services, a seasonal but profitable business which freed him to pursue other things that were important to him. His favorite thing to do was to cruise. He enjoyed being on the water and wanted to share the experience with everyone he loved. Spencer was full of life and full of love. He had a beautiful smile which overflowed from an enormous heart. He had a generous spirit, contagious laugh and could find humor in almost anything. He was passionate about the things he believed in which included singing, dancing and performing in competitions that he affectionately called ""Shows"".
