Thomas Patrick Brankin Thomas Patrick Brankin, 66, of Belton passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013 at his residence. Private family Services will be held at a later date. His body was cremated. Thomas Patrick Brankin was born August 4, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois to John and Ann (Eaton) Brankin. He served in the U.S. Army in 1968 until 1971. He also ran several restaurants most of his life throughout the country. He was a lifetime member of the VFW 1820 lodge in Temple. He is survived by one son, Michael J. Brankin; one daughter, Cheryl Brankin; one brother,Michael Brankin; one sister, Maureen Wozny and six grandchildren all of Chicago, Illinois. Memorials can be made to a charity of choice.
