Walt James Harmon, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 59. He was born on December 17, 1963, in Willow Creek, California. His passing occurred in Little River Academy, Texas.

Walt devoted a large portion of his life to his work as a machinist at Wilson Art. He was a dedicated employee who served the company from 1992 until his retirement in 2016. Throughout his career, Walt showed an unparalleled work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Beyond his professional achievements, Walt will be remembered for his remarkable personality. He possessed an unwavering willingness to lend a hand to anyone in need. Whether it was supporting a coworker on a challenging project or helping a neighbor with household tasks, Walt was always the first to step up and offer assistance. His selflessness and kindness endeared him to all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him.

When he wasn't busy at work or helping others, Walt enjoyed pursuing various hobbies and interests. He loved to BBQ. Friends and family looked forward to gathering for delicious meals prepared by Walt. Additionally, Walt loved spending time on the golf course and watching softball games where he showcased his competitive spirit.

Above all else, Walt cherished the time spent with his family. His wife Joylene Harmon of Little River stood by his side throughout their journey together. They created countless cherished memories over the years which will forever be treasured. Walt was also blessed with a son named James Harmon from Cheyenne, WY; one daughter Kristen Jane Harmon who preceded him in death on September 6, 1989.; three loving sisters, Kim Ferris from Redding, CA., Regina Moon from Willow Creek, CA., and Mary Harmon Fattig from Nampa, Idaho; as well as three adoring grandchildren.

Although deeply mourned, it is important to celebrate Walt's remarkable life and the positive impact he had on those around him. His legacy of selflessness, dedication, and love will continue to inspire all who knew him. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his memory be a blessing to us all.
