Charlene Ann Clapper

Charlene Ann Clapper,80, of Belton passed away on Monday, January 26, 2021 at a local hospital.

A memorial service will be held for Charlene at a later date.

Charlene Ann Clapper was the only child of Howard and Margaret White born on June 24, 1940 in Lackawanna, NY. She married the love of her life Paul Clapper on June 14, 1958. Together they had five children. She worked as a Dietary Aid for the Garvey Manor Nursing Home in Pennsylvania for several years. Charlene enjoyed being a mother, reading, spending time with her grandchildren, and being around family. She was a member of the Carson Valley Church of the Brethren. Charlene was always a good listener, and had coffee ready for any visitor.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Margaret White, her two sons, Dennis Clapper and Howard Clapper.

She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Clapper of Belton; her sons, Gregg Clapper and wife, Susan of Killeen and Darren Clapper and wife, Tina of Mc Clure ,PA; her daughter, Shannon Pugh of Duncansville, PA; her daughter-in-laws, Norma Clapper of Riverbank, CA, and Kathy Clapper of Belton; her fourteen grandchildren; and her fifteen great grandchildren.
