Manuelita Bregania Brown, 51, of Temple passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 in a local hospital. Manuelita was born on April 4, 1968 in the Philippines. She loved painting and cooking, and spending time with her family. Manuelita is survived by her son, Harley Holston of Temple; her daughter, Rachel Bregania of Temple; her brothers, Federico Bregania, Gaspar Bregania, and Melchor Bregania, all of the Philippines; and her sister, Rose Hickman of Missouri.
